Perfect all reasons

The property was big enough for our group. Some doors needs fix and maintenance. Overall, the stay was okay except, care taker coming in the middle of our stay to empty garbage from the garage. Kind of creepy as the guy did not introduce himself.

The cleanliness needs some review. The bedroom furniture had food/drink spill marks plus the bathroom cupboards and toilet were not the cleanest.

Property location was great and views were spectacular! The house could have been stocked better with kitchen items it was extremely limited when trying to even heat and cook the basics. Hot tub was also excellent and running well. There were two major complaints. The air unit wasn’t able to cool such a large house. We were there in July so we understood that was the hottest month but even opening the windows in the late afternoons couldn’t cool it off until up into the night. The other issue is we were not notified until two hours before check in that they were having plumbing issues with the water pressure and was told that no one could shower at the same time or no two water supplies could be running at the same time. This was a game changer since we had 8 adults. There was no way to schedule showers and water running for 8 people to never overlap. The offered nothing other than a “I'm sorry”. The initial notification said it would be fixed the following day but soon after chatting back and forth it changed to three days into our 4 day stay it would be fixed. We paid a lot of money and they never even offered any compensation for our inconvenience and it was a major inconvenience!
