Overall, the stay was underwhelming and I can not recommend this apartment to others for the price.This unit is an apartment and the complex itself is in disarray. In our 4 day stay, we had elevator malfunctions causing 1 elevator to be out of commission for a day, and both elevators out of commission for a second day. The unit is on the 4th floor and hauling bags up and down is not ideal. Additionally, parking is limited. There is one dedicated spot and additional first come first serve visitor parking (which was almost always full). During our stay someone parked in our dedicated spot, causing a difficult parking situation. We notified the hosts, who responded quickly but took no action to resolve this issue by end of the stay. The unit itself was ok. Decently clean, however the construction was obviously rushed. Showers handles were difficult to turn and leaked if not turned off forcefully. Beds were not the most comfortable, and given the price higher end finishings were expected. Overall, the unit accommodated our group of 7, however I am disappointed in the quality of the accommodations given the price.

Rooms are very small with no extra room for a cot. Two cots are offered but there is virtually no place to set them up. Owner is very difficult to get help from. Place was reasonably clean but no vacuum cleaners or mops to clean floors with during stay. One of the bedrooms with queen bunks had no windows which was not only unsafe but very hot at night and virtually every tap dripped. Pool area was clean and great for young families though. We made it work for our family but most likely won’t come back to this condo again.

The unit was very spacious, clean and had many amenities. The kitchen had well stocked appliances, pots and pans. We especially liked the sauna, massage chair and outdoor decks. We only had 2 issues with our stay. Check in was frustrating - we had the incorrect codes to get into garage and doors. It took about 15 min to get response and to finally get in. The second issue was the air conditioning was not working. We were able to have the doors and windows open and it was cool enough during day. At night we had traffic noise with open windows and not a great night’s sleep. No response from owner except request for us to send a picture of thermostat. All in all the place was very nice and we had a wonderful stay. With these issues fixed we would definitely stay here again.

The property is nicely furnished; but most bedrooms are a bit small. If you have more than one child needing a crib or pack and play, this isn’t the place for you. Great pool and hot tub and eating options/grocery stores are close by.
